  • Execute call plan for target industry customers in mining.
  • Develop capable coupling channels to grow business in target markets.
  • Set clear strategy & tactics to achieve coupling sales penetration, growth and profitability.
  • Provide direction for Timken activities related to new channel development, sales and product promotions, collateral materials, marketing communications, services development for customers and markets assigned.
  • Identify and document the market opportunities for domestic & imported couplings, with specific information on applications competition and price competitiveness.
  • Support authorized channels to promote our products & service and optimize the channel map for business development.
  • Accomplish special projects and activities as assigned.



  • Good knowledge of industrial mechanical products especially coupling product, preferred working background in mining industry, familiar with other heavy industry markets would be plus, such as power generation, cement, etc.
  • Must be bachelor’s degree or above.
  • At least 8 years relevant working experience.
  • Solid English communication skills both in written and spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skill
  • Work well under pressure.
