Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the scheme, budget, drawing review, bill of quantities review and on-site construction management of the new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects of the HVAC and HVAC control system of the factory.
2. Be responsible for the supervision and management of maintenance and repair of HVAC and control system in the factory; Formulation, improvement and modification of repair and maintenance standardization documents.
3. Be responsible for the daily operation supervision and management of HVAC and control system in the factory; Formulation, improvement and modification of daily operation standardization documents.
4. Committed to the sustainable development of factory building and improving according to LEED and FM relevant requirements.
5. Be responsible for the formulation and tracking of energy-saving and consumption reducing operation measures of air conditioning and ventilation system, monthly budget and annual budget of repair, maintenance and operation, and effectively control the operation cost.
6. Finish other tasks arranged by leader.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, and architecture or relative major.
2. Project management experience, management knowledge of energy.  
3. Familiar with office software and CAD, etc. The corresponding professional software; And have the ability to design HVAC drawings.
4. Familiar with construction industry standards and the relevant policies.
5. Good command of Chinese and Mandarin communication.
