1. Ability to organize, evaluate and summarize data.

2. Monitors and manages the day-to-day operations of a computer systems project including developing short and long-range goals, objectives and budgets, coordinating activities with other departments and across plants.

3. Conducts advanced and complex engineering and related studies, evaluates alternatives, makes recommendations and presents reports to the Department Managers across plants.

4. Serves as project manager on complex projects, including defining project scope, selecting consultants, negotiating contracts, amendments and change orders, preparing and monitoring project schedules; monitoring, reviewing and coordinating project design.

5. Provide leadership and guidance to subordinates within the engineering computing organization across China.

6. Serve as an expert in engineering systems across China.

7. Makes recommendations and follows up for facilities improvements across China.



1. Good Office software and computer skills.

2. Bachelor in mechanical engineering related.

3. English communication both in oral and written.

4. Familiar with 3D modeling software.
