The main purpose of the position is to sell services and products by technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services upon their needs, resulting in revenue generation. In addition, the position is involved in marketing strategy, market planning and technical development of products and services. It’s the primary contact point for customer requests, orders, concerns, suggestions, and complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Find, develop and expand market shares in the lubrication businesses in Mainland China.
- Research and evaluate market needs, promote and penetrate the end user market to influence both the specifications and the buying decisions of the owners.
- Resolve questions from key end user decision makers, contract engineers, and distributors.
- Facilitate the relationship between the end users, distributors and the Company including onsite installation, training, inspection, cost justification, project support, and quote follow-up.
- Provide bridging between factories, sales offices, distributors, key accounts and end users.
- Stay aware of market activities including all potential competitors.
- Develop sales analysis, sales tools for target markets, applications.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities. Develop schedules and maintain deadlines.
- Responsible for planning and implementation of all the marketing and marketing communications activities, both external and internal.

- Overcoming objections experience, strong technical aptitude
- Proficient use of Microsoft Suite
