Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with Sales dealing customer contract.

2. Processing orders, following up on order status, keep the customer and sales team informed of any changes, take the lead in the expedite progress.

3. Follow up the payment status after sales agreed with customers.

4. Assist our Company's sales function in making joint call at customers with sales engineer, deliver presentation /training to customer.

5. Create customer data-base, Consolidate and maintain sales records, produce statistics and issue relevant reports to sales.

6. Handle customer complaints with price, packaging, credit shipping and delivery, work as a coordinator with related department such as replenishment, logistics, finance to enhance customer satisfaction with company products and services.

7. Take the responsibility of help team member to solve issues in daily working.

8. Arrange shipments.

9.Assist with planning team and check customer Forecast can meet their request.

 

Requirements:

  1. MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PPT) Master Competency.
  2. Independent thinker with strong competencies in data analysis.
  3. Professional demeanor and presentation, strong customer service interest and skills.
  4. Time management – independent self-starter.
  5. Organized, detailed and strong interest in continuous improvement.
  6. Communications, team building, and strategic thinking skills.
  7. Analytical capability to work independently and problem solve related to serving our customers.
  8. Good written and speaking in English.     
  9. Capable of working independently.
