1.    Recruitment, complete the OP recruitment within timeline. At least hire 2 people in each week. And complete the opening request within 1 month.
招聘,按时完成工人招聘任务。至少每周入职两人,1个月内完成招聘需求。
2.    Prepare the documents for the on-board and resign process.
为员工入离职流程准备资料。
3.    C&B, review the attendance data each week, and release the attendance report each month. 
C&B, 每周复核考勤数据,并每月发放考勤报表。
4.    Complete the social insurance, medical insurance, housing fund system operation for the newcomers and separating people. 
每月为入离职人员完成社保,医保,公积金系统操作
5.    Work with service vendor to guarantee the salary and benefits for the contingents.
与服务公司协作,确保派遣员工的薪资福利待遇正确。
6.    Training, follow up the training request close and relative documents.
培训,跟踪培训需求的关闭及相关的文件记录。
7.    Employee Relationship, Follow up the probation and labor contract expired date and renew.
跟踪试用期及劳动合同的到期日及续签。
8.    Assist to organize the employee activities.
协助组织员工活动。
9.    Complete work items arranged by the manager.
及时完成上级领导交办的工作事项。
