The objective of the role is to increase efficiency in the Support Services Department through scheduling, data entry and keeping track/history of equipment. 

 

Main Tasks/Responsibilities 

  • Maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

    • Enter equipment history data

    • Update stock and control inventory

    • Run all requested history reports

    • Track completed/incomplete Preventative Maintenance (PM) status

    • Generate monthly reports

  • Order parts and outside services for the support services team.

  • Manage outside resources invoicing for the following: 

    • Material Handling Equipment

    • Overhead Hoists

    • HVAC

    • Overhead Doors & Loading Docks

    • Landscapers (Thorofare Facilities)

  • Record Keeping

    • Retain documents for Sprinklers, Fire Alarms, Deionized Water Systems, Wastewater (TCLP).

  • Administrative Services

    • Manage scheduling of training when needed for the Support Services team. Scissor lift, knuckle boom, LOTO, etc.

  • Highly organized and detail oritented

  • Communicates well and is thorough

  • Efficient with Microsoft Office Platforms and/or other systems

 

 

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years' experience working as an administrator/coordinator in any industry.(Preferred experience in manufacturing)

  • High School diploma required

  • Strong communication, organization, and detail-oriented skillset
