Responsibilities:

- Material & inventory planning: 

1. Optimize equipment & HC capacity process and hands on planning data on a weekly basis. 

2. Good understanding of customer demand & production demand. 

3. Planning data analysis and output as guidance to sales & production team. 

4. Inventory data forecast and control. Make sure inventory is controlled within range of target. Alarm for material issue ahead of time and follow up related action plans. 

5. Direct material planning and purchasing. Release MRP data and follow up all shipments incoming schedule. 

6. Good and instant communication with global team regarding shipments, issues etc. 

7. Good and instant communication with internal customer team. 

 

- Logistic and custom management: 

1. Optimize custom management procedures at lowest cost which apply to related custom & government policy. 

2. Ensure target of logistic cost down. 

 

Requirements:
1.  At least 4 years work experience both in material planning and logistic 

2.  Good English skill both in written and oral 
3.  Bachelor degree in material planning related preferred 
4.  Good comminication skills and teamwork mindset

5.  Logical thinking and result-driven
