Demand Planning Analyst


The Demand Planning Analyst’s mission is to develop sales forecasts in order to guarantee the best customer service rate and optimize inventories.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop forecasting by item using Logility statistical software.
  • Work with customer service and sales / marketing team to reflect the key demand changes (new business, lost business, penetration change, Phase in / Phase out, etc.)
  • Analyze the evolution of the order book and adjust the forecast accordingly.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy and define the corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present the monthly consensus forecast review meeting.
  • Analyze sales forecasts by plant and highlight the gaps between demand and supply (SIOP Process).
  • Analyze dollar forecast evolution.


  • University degree.
  • Work experience in a relevant role (planning, analyzing, demand forecasting, sales or supply chain).
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Team player with good communication and presentation skills.
  • Computer literacy: MS Office (MS Excel, MS Access), SAP APO will be an advantage.
