  1. Lead sales team and improve the sales efficiency (face time, call planning, CRM) and growth.
  2. Execute current year business plan to meet sales, price, new business, and cash objectives.
  3. Communicate with plants, supply chain to ensure sales orders has been properly taken and delivered.
  4. Manage customer relationships developing key contacts at all sales levels. Develop >10 customers/year, maximize customer relationship, building long term partnership.
  5. Ensure customer strategy alignment through communication and alignment with marketing teams and global account management.
  6. Participate in Business/market strategy development by providing customer needs (voice of customer) trends and new business opportunities.
  7. Execute portfolio management tactics for grow/fix/exit or new products.
  8. Manage accounts receivables and disputes.
  9. Take the lead to manage the inventory and past due.
  10. Increase the brand recognition and sales potential of our products in the region
  11. Provide customer services to identify and maintain value proposition.
  12. Ensure customer strategy alignment through communication and alignment with marketing teams and global account management.



  1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Business Admin.
  2. Good understanding of process industrial business market in China.
  3. Direct working experience in general industry field for more than 8 years.
  4. Technical sales management for more than 3 years.
  5. Excellent English communication skills in writing and spoken.
  6. Very strong People management and development skills
  7. Excellent communication skills, conflict management skills.
  8. Value selling skills.
