 Purpose:

The main purpose of the position is to develop new business, sell services and products by technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services upon their needs, resulting in revenue generation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new markets, new channels and new end customers, drive aggressive business growth in China.
  • Set clear strategy & tactics to achieve assigned sales target.
  • Work closely with customers in all aspect of business development and to have sound knowledge of the market environment.
  • Work with the plant technical, engineering and R&D departments to bridge communication, work to ensure that the "Voice of the Customers" is heard by our plant colleagues.
  • Competition landscape and intelligence gathering. Identify, develop and make available all necessary marketing material for the local customers.
  • And other responsibilities and duties assigned to, as and when required by the management.

 

Requirements:

  • Work with a high level of integrity and ethical fortitude  
  • Self-motivated, and ambitious personality
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Suite
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience.
  • Solid English communication skills both in written and spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skill
  • Work well under pressure.
