Purpose and Scope:
This position leads, develops, implements, and evaluates training solutions to meet the needs of the business.
Support the Talent Acquisition Process to ensure that the company has the best employees in the right position.
Foster a strong organizational culture through key initiatives that promote values, collaboration, and employee engagement.
Develop and maintain relevant to the company's obligations to its employees, in addition to legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage or support the recruitment lifecycle to ensure that vacancies are filled in a timely and efficient manner and to ensure a qualified candidate for the position.
- Manage the training function to Timken Mexico. This includes verifying that each step of the process, updating, tracking, and distributing training records is properly executed, while ensuring full compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Recommend the most effective training solutions to internal clients by making the best use of available resources.
- Ensure full compliance with the internal Employee Technical Competencies Certification process by verifying that employees meet the required skill levels and that all related training records and supporting evidence are properly documented and up to date.
- Contribute to key HR initiatives such as internal promotion planning, culture and values programs, and employee engagement events, while actively supporting cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Fluent English.
- Strong Knowledge related to Training and development methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of talent attraction strategies
- Knowledge of Federal Labor Law
- Legal requirements for training and recruitment process
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Bussiness or similar career (certificated).
- Minimum 5 years as a Human Resources Generalist / HR Analyst in Manufacturing Industry.
