Purpose

  • Manage the training function to ensure a successful contribution is being made to the attainment of plant objectives and goals.
  • Identify needs and provide developmental activities for special training programs when required.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, ensuring the company has the best associates in the right position.
  • Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of Human Resource services, policies, and procedures relevant to the company's obligations to its associates, in addition to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support and execute the company strategy to create a healthy work environment.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Training Needs Assessment, execution and monitoring of the annual training program.
  • Propose to the internal customer the most effective training program maximizing current resources.
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of the most important training for the company.
  • Ensure all training records and evidence are in place.
  • Associates Competencies Certification, ensuring to have the most competent associates.
  • Talent Acquisition at all levels, using a competencies model and specialized techniques to attract the most qualified candidates. Ensure that all recruitment is conducted in accordance with the Mexican Law.
  • Coordination of the Onboarding process, in which new employees get acquainted with their role, their team and the organization. Ensuring that the program is completed, getting of the evidence and applying knowledge retention evaluations.
  • Internal Communication strategies.
  • Programs Implementation to reinforce Timken's Organizational Culture and Values.
  • Follow-up to the action plans of the Work Environment survey.
  • Be an internal consultant for area leaders and associates, ensuring that they feel heard and supported by HR.
  • General Services Administration (personnel transportation, lunch service).
  • Coordination of the annual integration events.
  • Attention to associates for any requirement.
  • Coordinates the implementation and maintenance of Human Resource services, policies, and procedures
  • Relevant to the company's obligations to its associates, in addition to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to Human Resources Manager on various HR projects.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychologý or similar
  • Preferred with Master's Degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 5 years, preferred 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP or HR Analyst.
