Purpose:
This position plays a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent to support the company's growth. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates while ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job postings, networking, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Serve as the ATS system administrator, managing configurations, testing updates, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on ATS usage and best practices, ensuring effective adoption and optimization of the system for streamlined hiring operations.
- Support employer branding initiatives by engaging with candidates on social media and professional networks.
- Attend career fairs and recruiting events to represent the company and attract potential hires.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
