📍 Location: Karachi or within 30km | Industrial Sales | Mechanical Engineering Background Required

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owning and growing the customer base in Pakistan through hands-on, face-to-face relationship building

  • Exceeding sales targets by identifying new business and supporting existing accounts

  • Collaborating with internal teams—Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Service—to provide tailored solutions

  • Working closely with distributors and channel partners to drive market penetration

  • Understanding technical drawings and mechanical systems to deliver precise solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).

  • Minimum  6 years of sales experience in industrial sectors such as bearings, metals, mining, or cement.

  • Extensive experience in working with setting up and working with distrbution networks

  • Fluent in English and Urdu.

  • High-energy, self-motivated "hunter" mindset.

  • Valid, unendorsed driver’s license.

  • Must be based in Karachi or within a 30 km radius.

  • Must be a Pakistani citizen.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and rotating equipment.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical mechanical drawings and specifications.

  • Proficient in industrial product application and troubleshooting.

  • CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Familiarity with pricing models, sales forecasting, and reporting tools.

  • Ability to conduct technical presentations and product demos.

  • Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.

  • Problem-solving mindset with customer-first thinking.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
