Hourly Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.25

This position exists to support facilities, equipment and systems in the Timken Company's Duncan Distribution Center. The position will support continuous improvement projects, troubleshoot and repair mechanical & electrical issues, carry-out Preventative Maintenance on assets and equipment, and maintain facility systems & infrastructure.

 

The work schedule for this position will be 11pm-7am Monday through Friday, plus overtime as scheduled.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

 

1)    Responsible for supporting equipment uptime and repair. 
2)    Responsible for determining OE and replacement part requirements. 
3)    Responsible for maintaining current Preventative Maintenance schedules. 
4)    Responsible for supporting and maintaining facility systems. 
5)    Responsible for adhering to all safety requirements, and proactive approach towards equipment compliance.

6)    Fault finding on CNCs and PLCs down to module level using instruments.
7)    Identify and maintain a Maintenance stores system for all key machine/equipment spares and consumables.

 

Educational Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent - Required

Associates Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics - Preferred
