Lovejoy CNC Operator

Lovejoy, a company within the Timken family of brands, is hiring CNC Operators.

The CNC Operator is responsible for the setup and operation of one or more assigned multi-axis CNC machine tools to produce component parts in accordance to engineering drawings, internal sketches, or other specifications provided by engineering.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Meeting production schedules and standard timeframes established for setup and cycle times.
• Setup and operate a variety of CNC equipment to produce high precision coupling components using engineering drawings and specifications.
• Performing and documenting in-process QA inspections.
• Perform follow-up operations, such as deburring, marking, and cleaning parts as required.
• Consistently maintain a clean and organized work area.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years CNC operator and set up experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

The pay range for this role is $20.00 - $30.00/hr and is commensurate on experience and education and could pay more or less than the posted range. This full-time position is eligible to participate in the company’s short-term incentive program, paid time off plan, 401k, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.
