  • Execute the preventative and predictive planned maintenance on all key assets, including diagnostic tools, tests and assessments.
  • Utilize the maintenance stores system for all key machine/equipment spares and consumables.
  • Perform electrical/electronic fault finding on CNCs and PLCs down to module level using instruments, Laptop Computer and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Site services maintenance including installation and troubleshooting of electrical, gas, water and air systems. Portable appliance testing and the maintenance and fault finding on boilers, compressors etc.
  • Repair and maintain physical structure of plant.
  • Team Participation: routine involvement with a variety of plant teams focused on continuous improvement. Occasionally serve as facilitator of such teams.
  • Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, grinders, mills, drill presses, etc.) to repair and/or fabricate parts, jigs, fixtures and tools.
  • When properly trained, may run production equipment when required to assist in the timely completion of production schedules.
