This position exists to ensures accuracy of detailed line-item forecasts by working within the work processes and timelines outlined in the demand management and SI&OP (Sales Inventory & Operations Planning) process flows.  Executes the demand planning process and maintains the demand/forecast models in Logility. Executes corporate model and develops the inventory targets based on market demands, lead time from plants, and logistics network design.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor baseline forecast against order book and customers while ensuring alignment with business guidelines
  • Collaborating with internal customers (i.e. Sales, Marketing) to adjust forecast to reflect change
  • Providing analytical support such as demand/inventory analysis, modeling, data updates, new product launches, etc.
  • Managing relevant data such as safety stock targets, data accuracy, inventory projections, target adjustments, etc.
  • Managing and preparing reports related to functions of the business
  • Conduct inventory sweeps to improve product availability and stock in rates
  • Engagement in continuous improvement initiatives and other duties per business needs

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Relative Discipline with 2+ years of experience

  • Experience in Supply Chain Demand Planning, Sales-Marketing Analysis and Inventory
  • SAP, Excel, PPT, SQL and Power BI
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks 
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Collaborative, team player
