This position Support the Finance leader in various closing and reporting, able to support general ledger entries, account reconciliation reviews and account payable to process documents.

Responsibilities

1. Support preparation of monthly financial statements for in accordance with company policies and International Financial Reporting Standards.
2. Process customer collections through account receivable through accounts payable and Timken Supplier Network ensuring proper coding and approvals.
3. Perform account reconciliations with analysis and resolution of issues as required.
4. Prepare monthly financial general ledger entries and account reconciliation in accordance with reporting requirements actively participate in cost reduction events.
5. Actively seek out cost savings opportunities
6. Participate in and report on monthly productivity and sourcing projects
7. Support internal control policies to ensure company assets are safeguarded

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required (Accounting, Finance or Economics)
• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
• SAP Experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
