Wazee Crane, a division of Timken Power Systems, is currently seeking a Field Service Technician for the Broomfield, Colorado site. The role of the Field Service Technician is to troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform scheduled maintenance on overhead cranes and hoists. The Technician regularly works on-site at customer locations and is required to drive to different sites with some overnight and out-of-state travel. This position reports into the Crane Field Service Manager.

Pay Range: $30.00/hr-$42.00/hr (commensurate with experience and education)

Essential Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and inspect overhead cranes and hoists
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
- Identify issues and recommend repair solutions
- Communicate with customers and internal team on repairs and safety concerns
- Complete work efficiently and keep customers informed
- Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports and checklists
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other skilled or non-skilled duties as required
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum age 21
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- Basic mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Must meet DOT driver requirements and maintain valid DOT medical certification
- Willing to travel overnight in and out of state
- Must pass background check and drug/alcohol screening
- Able to work indoors/outdoors in extreme heat/cold and at heights for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with similar equipment in manufacturing
- Advanced electrical/troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of NEC, CMAA, OSHA, and ASME
- Journeyman or Master electrician license
- Experience mentoring junior technicians or trainees
