Wazee Crane, a division of Timken Motor & Crane Services, is currently seeking an Associate Customer Service Analyst to support operations for the Broomfield, Colorado site. The role of the Associate Customer Service Analyst is to prepare service, repair, and/or parts quotes and process customer orders, advising on necessary repairs, product application, availability, and prices. This role also leads the quality system at the site, providing safety and logistics support. This role reports into the Crane Service Manager.  


Responsibilities Include:

  • Generate service, repair, and/or parts quotes and process customer orders; advise on necessary repairs, product application, availability, and prices

  • Act as site representative for quality audits and ISO9001-2015 certifications/calibrations

  • Work with the shop personnel and supply chain to ensure customer expectations are met

  • Provide and/or source technical support for shop personnel or customers

  • Track quotations and ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries

  • Contact vendors to determine product availability, application, price, shipping dates, and delivery charges

  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain records for incoming items

  • Follow inventory control procedures as instructed an assist with physical inventory counts as directed by supervisor

  • Promote a professional company image by providing industry leading customer service

  • Support shop and field service (supply chain, shop supplies, tooling, scheduling, communication, coordination)

  • Manage logistics

  • Review and advise on job costs

  • Other duties as assigned


Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalency required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required OR 5+ years of industrial or customer-facing sales experience 

  • 2+ years of ISO, quality, or inside/outside audit experience preferred

  • Experience in Crane, Motor, or Wind Turbine repair and maintenance industry preferred

  • Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Lean and ISO 9001:2015 preferred

  • Drivers license and clean driving record


The yearly compensation for this role is $40,000 - $54,000, and is commensurate on experience and education, and could pay more or less than the posted range. This full-time position is eligible to participate in the company’s short-term incentive program, paid time off plan, 401k, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.
