Responsibilities:

  • Admin
    • Office facilities management, utilize and record, facsimile, Telephone call etc.
    • Responsible for post and mails.
    • Responsible for phone call answer and record, distribute and notice to related office person,
    • Office stationary purchase and issuing
    • Receive the guest to the office
    • Internal communication with related dept. for some urgent issue.
    • Arrange rental car for management team or overseas colleagues.
    • Other office and administration, HR related works.
  • Sales support/analysis
    • Provide monthly sales KPI analysis/report for north team.

    • Coordinate north sales team meetings and business meeting

    • Contract stamp and mail to sales/customer

  • Admin Support to GSM

    • Logistic arrangements

    • Coordinate/prepare agenda for management team and overseas associate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience in foreign companies
  • Solid English communication skills both in written and spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
