Qualification/Experience:           

B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance 3 to 4 years

Job Description:

Assigning Standard cost for Direct/Indirect materials in SAP on daily basis,

Preparation of accruals JE’S & reconciliation on Scrap sale of Plants, Month-end closures of production order

settlement,

Prepare and deliver daily, weekly & monthly Global Manufacturing reports.

Assigning Standard cost for Direct/Indirect materials in SAP Material master

Providing Costing on New Product requests.

Accrual JE’s preparation & Reconciliation on Scrap sale shipments of Plants.

Calculation of work in progress, Production order variances & Production order settlements.

Prepared and deliver Global Manufacturing reports.

New Transitions & Metrics review and updates for deliverables.

Assist team members in Ad-hoc work/projects and assigned task.

Secondary back for and review of financial data and commentary updates.

Miscellaneous work/Metrics/Dashboards/customization of Reports/Templates

Skills:

Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize and present information at a management level
Clear and effective communications skills both verbally and in writing. Experience of working in a global setup will be of advantage
Ability to organize own time and work independently, without supervision
Challenge current practice and suggest new ways of working, value-added ideas/ approaches
Ability to work in a team- based environment and to interface with employees/customers at all levels.

Should have good & clear accounting knowledge and concepts.

Ability to work on independently on various MFG. Plant on direct/indirect material costing.

Analytical skills for plant reconciliation / reporting / new product materials Deployment.

Material Status Review analysis in SAP/ERP Application (Material Master Data)

Work Timings: 1.00 PM to 10.00 PM (IST Timing), Flexible to work in 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM during month close/projects
