The Associate Sales Engineering Development Program is an accelerated six-month program designed to teach you all the technical and financial aspects of our Timken Engineered Bearings and Industrial Motion businesses. You’ll learn value selling and commercial negotiating techniques. Plus, on-the-job training will show you the right way to interact with customers to solve their problems. It’s an exceptional opportunity for self-motivated individuals who want to put their technical expertise to use outside of the office, lab or plant.

When you join our organization as an associate service engineer, you’ll take part in the Timken Technical Training Program. The Operations Development Program offers you broad-based exposure to Timken manufacturing and supply-chain operations. This two-year program is designed to prepare you for a leadership role in manufacturing and/or supply chain operations. Through a series of four, six-month assignments, senior members of the organization will mentor you in Lean Manufacturing, Operations Supervision, Quality Advancement and Supply Chain.
