       Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a presence and ever improving relationship with major customers through a regular schedule of service calls
• Rapid response to requests for assistance with quality complaints or performance problems
• Instructing and training customers in all aspects of proper bearing installation, maintenance and damage diagnosis/prevention practices.
• Providing the solutions to satisfy the customer during the work.
• Delivery the Timken Company value in power transmission area to customer.
• Good risk management skill and knowledge to protect the company and customer.
• Providing technical assistance with specific aspects of bearing application development in support of business development with the sales team.

       Requirements:

• Must be bachelor degree or above with a mechanical major.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in foreign companies.
• Solid English communication skills both in written and spoken.
• Work well under pressure.
• Manage the technical knowledge database in China.
