Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for customer care by fast response to customer claims and identifying customer requirements
2. Following the 8D process to deal with customer claims. Leading to investigating the root cause and preparing an 8D report
3. Communicate with the customer to close the 8D report on time 
4. Leading to the implementation of the corrective actions according 8D report, to prevent repeat customer claims
5. Participate in new project development and communication with customers, to make sure requirements from customers were identified
6. Lead to resolve the quality issue during new project development
7. Lead to prepare PPAP documents
8. Lead to set up SPC control benchmark for the new project
9. Participate in quality system maintenance
10. Other tasks requested by the quality manager

 

Requirements:
1.  At least 3 years work experience in customer quality related 
2.  Good English skill on both written and oral 
3.  Bachelor degree in mechanical is preferred 
4.  Knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF 16949 requirements
