Senior Pricing Analyst

  • Review NBPR (New Business Price Request) and PAR (Price Agreement Renewal) on daily basis. Manage priori-ties to meet customer deadlines. Provide profitability study and pricing comments to senior management team for pricing decision.
  • Develop and maintain list price based on Market price, competition information and other regions pricing actions that may impact China
  • Develop and maintain Special Market price lists (Mining, Power Generation…) in order to have less special price requests.
  • Support annual and semi-annual price review and increase plan. 
  • Continuous improvement on pricing process & system enhancement.
  • Reporting: provide ad hoc profitability study, case study as well as pricing performance report to allow good understanding of market prices.



  • BS in Finance, Marketing, or related field with 5 years or more experience. Advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal in English and presentation skills 
  • Project management skill with sales/marketing experience is a plus. 
  • Good business sense and general understanding of manufacturing processes, practices and cost accounting. 
  • Strong communication skill is required.
