Purpose: The Video Content Producer plays a key role in creating and delivering high-quality video content to support the company’s brand and communication objectives. This position is heavily focused on technical video production and editing, with additional responsibilities in photography and motion graphic design to enhance digital storytelling.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Video Production & Editing: Lead the creation of high-quality video content, including filming, editing, and post-production, ensuring all projects align with brand standards and messaging.
  • Content Optimization: Ensure all video and multimedia content reflects current industry trends, follows best practices for digital channels, and is optimized for performance across various platforms.
  • Technical Execution: Collaborate with the Digital Media Manager and other team members to produce con-tent aligned with strategic direction, ensuring all assets meet technical and brand specifications.
  • Support for Larger Production Projects: Partner with global business teams and external vendors on more extensive or remote multimedia productions, serving as the corporate communications point of contact to ensure brand alignment.
  • Content Integration: Contribute to the integration of multimedia assets for larger communication initiatives, delivering creative solutions to support corporate goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will excel in multimedia execution under strategic direction and have 3–5 years of professional experience producing engaging video content tailored for internal and external digital platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Video Production, Communications or related
  • Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar industry-standard tools.    
  • Familiarity with other photography and graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, to support visual communications and enhance multimedia content as needed.
  • Applied expertise with video equipment, lighting, and sound production techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to execute flawlessly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.    
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and professionalism to work collaboratively with executive leadership, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.   
  • Experience working within a corporate communications or B2B environment. Global experience preferred.     
  • Familiarity with managing digital content within content management systems (CMS).
