Requirements:

1. Account for individual goal achieved
2. Leading supplier development activities
3. Be sure supplier is compliance with Timken requirement and lead the technical feasibility review. 
4. Account for supplier PPAPs document review and approve PPAPs 
5. Lead supplier audit, Issue and follow CAR/PARs
6. Give input for Supplier risk management, performance review and supplier performance scorecard.
7. Handle the supplier quality issue and follow up supplier corrective actions
8. Leverage resource to drive supplier improvements
9. Work seamlessly with Timken China sourcing team, GMQ and plant quality in developing new suppliers into mass production mode
10. Follow Timken procedures, requirement and core value, 
11. Timely Input for weekly and monthly report.

Requirements:

1. Quality 5 tools knowledge (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP)
2. Problem solving thinking and methodology (5why and 8D)
3. Knowing the drawings & tolerance
4. Fluent in English
5. Major in Engineering
