  1. Be fully responsible for the Plant EHS performance and include the people management of EHS Engineer. Ensure the safety of all employees through proper PPE usage, establishing an excellent housekeeping and 5S environment, safe work practices (JSA – job safety analysis), proper equipment maintenance and adherence to all company safety policies and procedures.


  1. Support QMS and ensure production departments are in compliance with QMS, ISO and API requirements.


  1. Execute a production plan that focuses on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction in the most cost effective manner.


  1. Establish a culture of employee engagement, communication, teamwork and development.  Monitor and maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures.


  1. Drive continuous improvement in the company with regards to safety, customer satisfaction, processes, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), people development and efficiency/cost.


  1. 5S,activity, control and develop all actions to improve 5S and LEAN management in all plant.


  1. Provide full support for the use and maintenance of SAP system to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the operation data in SAP system


  1. Work in conjunction with other department managers to meet overall company goals.


  1. In conjunction with plant leadership, establish effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).  Ensure accuracy of reporting data.


  1. Follow the local Safety and Environment Policy, guarantee associates’ safety.


  1. Could finish the assignment by the direct manager.
