1. 管理各单位设备/设施的维修，检修和二级保养计划实施

        Equipment maintenance for each department and do the grade 2 maintenance

2. 设计，制作辅助设备；设备改装；焊接任务

        Design and make the auxiliary equipment；Equipment refit；welding tasks

3. 公司线路维护，检修和检查；每月用电情况统计及购电申报

        Regular maintenance, service for the electrical line. Electric consumption record and purchase apply

4. 设计、改装、维修及制作电气控制等设备

        Design, refit, maintain and make the electrical control equipment.

5. 新设备/设施的技术协议编写，全厂layout规划，新设备安装调试及验收，尾项的跟踪解决等

New equipment/facility technical protocol compiling, plant layout design, equipment installation/commission and acceptance, open issue tracking and addressing.

6. 做好5S工作及设备备件管理

         Do 5S well and spare parts management

7. 维修费用及电费月度预算及实际花费管理

        Maintenance cost monthly budget and actual cost management

  8. 管理维修团队遵循公司的安全环保制度进行维修工作，保证人员和设备安全

Management maintenance team follow EHS Policy, guarantee associates’  and equipment safety.

  9. 及时完成上级领导交办的工作事项。

         Complete work items arranged by superior timely.
