1.    工程部日常管理-Department routine work management
a)    优化生产工艺，提高设备运行效率，缩短供货周期，提升供应弹性；
Optimize the manufacturing process, improve the operation efficiency of equipment (OEE), shorten the deliv-ery cycle, strengthen the supplying elasticity. 
b)    主导固定资产投资及技术的可行性评估，确保投资项目的可靠性和有效性；
Lead the investment evaluation of fixed asset and technics, guarantee the reliability and effectiveness of investment project.
c)    负责生产线布局设计，优化及管理，提高生产效率，降低生产成本；
Be responsible for workshop layout design, optimizing and management, improve the production efficien-cy, reduce the manufacturing cost;
d)    负责设备及产线的评估及引进，支持产线的迭代升级，提升效率，保证产品质量；
Be responsible for the evaluation and bring in, lead the production line upgrade, improve efficiency, guar-antee the products quality.
e)    CI及Capex管理：每年制定CI及Capex项目，推进CI实施，提高工厂的效率和质量指标
Annual CI and Capex management: CI&Capex project review, implementation, improve efficiency and quality 
f)    设备/设施管理：TPM推进/维修备件管理
Equipment/facility management: TPM implementation/spare parts management
g)    模具/工装管理：模具/工装标准使用寿命设定，实际使用寿命跟踪；未达标寿命分析，提高模具寿命；具安全库存管理，设定目标逐步降低安全库存金额
Tooling management: standard life setup/actual life tracking, analysis unqualified tooling life; tooling safety stock management, reduce tooling stock cost.
h)    文件管理：产品、包装图纸受控，下发；WI、点检表、换型WI、工艺卡片、控制计划更新下发培训；
Documents management: production and package drawings control/release; Work instruction/tooling list/change over files/control plan/process card release and training
i)    SAP编码申请，BOM/Routing 搭建，修改及特殊编码设置及培训
SAP master data management, BOM/Routing setup, modification and training
j)    工程部费用管理：每月工程费用预算制定，并按照预算控制电费、模具费、维修费等费用。
Department cost management: make monthly cost forecast, and control the actual cost according the budget plan such as energy cost, tooling cost, maintenance cost, etc.
2.    项目管理-Project Management 
a)    领导和管理项目的整个生命周期，包括项目评审，技术审查，设备选型，技术变更，生产爬坡等。
Lead and manage whole life cycle of new project, including project evaluation, technic review, equipment selection, ramp up, etc.
b)    制定项目计划，分配资源，跟踪进度，确保及时高质量，在预算范围内交付。
Making project plan, allocate resource, track progress, guarantee complete the project in high quality and be within budget and timeline. 
c)    项目相关决策，包括供应商技术要求，本地工厂技术突破，工程变更, 产品质量保证等
Project relative decision, including technical requirement for suppliers, local technical breakthrough, engi-neering change notice, product quality assurance, etc.
d)    项目过程跟踪及监控，设备定位，产线布局，价值流设定，产品试制等
Follow up and monitor during Project process, such as equipment location, layout, value stream setting, trial production, etc.
e)    项目结果确认，量产爬坡，产品可靠性验证，经验总结，知识管理等
Project result, ramp up, product reliability verification, lesson and learn, knowledge management etc.
3.    工程部门人员管理People Management
a)    工程部绩效目标制定以支持工厂级别绩效目标的达成，并设定部门人员KPI，每月进行绩效评估反馈
Set Engineering Department Goals to support Plant Level Performance goals achievement, and plan the engineering people KPI, to do the monthly performance evaluation and feedback;
b)    培养部门员工的工程技术能力，团队梯队能力建设，培养继任者；
Develop the engineering technical capability to subordinates, build the capacity of the team echelon, and develop the successors;
4.    完成上级领导安排的其他工作Complete other works arranged by plant manager
