Job Purpose

The Warehouse/Branch Administrator will be situated in our Tampa, FL branch and be responsible for assisting the overall branch maintanence for the region, with such tasks as answering phone calls with customers, shipping parts orders, maintaining current and accurate customer information files. The incumbent is also responsible for managing incoming communication, maintain and assist with Inventory Control and Inventory counts and being an active liaison between field service technicians, customers, and account managers, to ensure that all branch needs are met or exceeded.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the branch inventory process, including stock levels, replenishment, and tracking of equipment, tools, and supplies used by field service technicians.
  • Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communications/escalate to necessary stakeholders
  • Analyze regional and sub-regional inventory level by product, and re-balance inventory based on sales trend, product trend, and other ad hoc programs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field service technicians, branch coordinators, and management, to optimize inventory management processes and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Select appropriate kits for customer/dealer installations and relay technical feedback on kit suitability to Engineering Department.
  • General administrattive work for the branch
  • Manage and action all shipping/receiving for the branch

 

Qualifications & Experience  

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Creative problem solver and constant desire to move business forward
  • Strong quantitative, analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent Computer skills; Microsoft 365 Environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.  
  • Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and follow through.
  • High school Diploma minimum

  • Detail oriented with the ability to read drawings and data
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Time management skills.
