Responsibilites:
1. Improve purchasing related management system by clarifying and aligning with strategic objectives.
2. Strengthen execution of accountability implementation of purchasing procedures.
3. Responsibility for the issuance and follow-up of purchase orders.
4. Manage the performance of suppliers and payments.
5. Assess and develop potential capable suppliers based on related procedures.
6. Analysis and negotiate quotations from suppliers.
7. Contract management.
8. Ensure the purchase parts are delivered as scheduled with certified quality; communicate and negotiate with suppliers when there are problems during the production process of suppliers.
9. Work with SQE to deal with quality and delivery issues.
10. Cost analysis and cost down in accordance with purchasing strategy and target.
11. Ensure suppliers comply with the laws and safety requirements of the company.
12. Maintaining the database in SAP purchasing module.
13. Comply with the safety requirements of the company.
14. Other work required by the supervisor temporarily.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree with Mechanical engineering major or above.
2. At least 3 years sourcing/buyer working experience in mechanical industry.
3. Fluent written and oral English ability; SAP transactions ability.
4. Good sourcing and negotiation skills for costing achievement.
5. Accouantable and team work spirit.
6. Work well under pressure.
