Purpose:

The main purpose of the position is to act as a key member in the localization project as well as the Windows to support the European supply chain.

Responsibilities：

• Coordinate with global R&D on the selection new supplier
• Manage RFQ, negotiate Price, deliver the company’s cost saving target
• Project handling until release PPAP
• Verify the purchasing request, order handling
• Set up and maintain the material database
• Responsible for the performances of supplier (e.g. supplier delivery performance)
• Supply chain improvements and initiatives in cooperation with other units
• Oversee suppliers’ capacities and drives improvement initiatives
• Monitor supplier payment

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experiences in Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent price negotiation skills and Industry sensitivity
• The ability to calculate prices
• Hydraulic system is plus
