Responsibilities:
Quality system control
1. Formulates and maintains quality objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals.
2. Interpret quality philosophy to key personnel in organization.
3. Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality codes and standards including ISO, AS, and IATF16949. Leads implementation and audit efforts designed to maintain compliance and certifications.
4. Directly supervises employees in the Quality Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interview-ing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Production quality assurance & quality control
1. Plan and oversee measuring system.
2. Plan and supervise quality assurance system of both in-house and suppliers’ processes.
3. Complete quality related APQP doc. Of each category of products.
4. Interfacing with global quality function to help standardization of the systems and implementation of best practices
5. Key participant to decide whether to accept a product or continue business with a vendor based on
 supplier management team’s input.
6. Develops new approaches to solve problems identified as quality issues.

Problem solving
1. Investigate, make both short term and long-term action plans of customer complaints regarding quality.
2. Reviews all data obtained during all quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure con-sistency with company policies and procedures.
3. Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
4. Lead and cooperate with cross functions the quality related continuous improvement activities.

 

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in quality related or mechanical 
2. At least 5 years working experience in quality leader role
3. Familiar with IATF16949 and AS9100D
4. Fluent English skilld both in oral and written
5. Good communication skills and leadership skills
6. Result-driven and problem-solving mindset
