Purpose:
The main purpose of the position is manage Quality team, ensure product qualified.

Responsibilities:

• Adjust and further develop the QM-systems, detect, and avoid and escalate risks with reference to product liability and product safety
• Support the project manager concerning quality planning, release process, engineering change management and special release, customer complaint process handing and management
• Supplier management from supplier selection, product development with supplier, supplier production re-lease, coordinate the test and review the result, monitor, and audit relevant process to ensure supplier quality
• Leading quality department all works
• Develop new products related all quality standard documentation
• Take EHS responsibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in mechanical or hydraulic design
• Well English skill both in oral, write
• Be familiar with PFMEA, PPAP, MSA
• Basic knowledge of ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001
• Prefer to hydraulic system experience
• More than 3 years of plastic parts, metal parts, electronic appliances, die casting, surface treatment, material science and other basic knowledge
