Responsibilities:
Coordinating incoming mail in the Accounts Payable department Verification and accounting of purchase documents Participation in the process of closing accounting periods E-mail and telephone contact with suppliers in English and French Contact with internal company departments regarding the PTP process Contact with internal and external auditors
Requirements:
University degree or last year of studies (with the possibility of full-time work), Good knowledge of Dutch / Italian / French (or not - in the case of a one-year role) Good knowledge of English Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) Experience in working in the SAP system will be an additional advantage Accuracy, responsibility and independence Ability to work in a team and openness to cultural diversity
