Responsibilities:
• Apply the 80/20 Principle to prioritize key initiatives and drive organizational structure optimization and transformation.
• Define and align roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines to enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional alignment to implement restructuring initiatives and track delivery against business objectives.
• Conduct monthly sales performance reviews, collaborate with sales and marketing to identify new business opportunities, drive pipeline conversion, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, and coordinate with pricing, marketing, and supply chain teams.
• Support regional business planning and data consolidation, and drive robust sales forecasting integrated with demand management.
• Consolidate regional initiatives and projects, coordinate special projects, manage the business portfolio for profit improvement, support program launches, and drive organizational change.
• Conduct ad-hoc reviews on critical issues, collect and consolidate sales feedback to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
• Leverage data analytics capabilities to support regional commercial operations, and maintain and optimize internal commercial systems.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Data Analytics or related disciplines; proven experience in organizational restructuring, business planning or sales operations.
• Strong data analytics, system optimization and cross-functional project delivery capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience driving organizational change, improving operational efficiency and supporting regional business growth.
• Data-driven mindset, excellent coordination skills and ability to deliver results in a dynamic commercial environment.
