Position Summary:

 

Leads safe, effective, and efficient manufacturing operations for multiple product lines.  Set and achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets through planning, communicating, challenging, coaching, mentoring, monitoring, and results measurements and evaluations

 

 

Essential Responsibilities:

 

  • Assure safe, effective, and efficient manufacturing operations.
  • Lead, challenge, and develop team to achieve optimum results.
  • Establish, communicate, and assure achievement of manufacturing goals.
  • Lead and assure rigorous processes for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

 

 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

 

  • Leadership proficiency.
  • Minimum 5 years manufacturing management experience, including supervision of supervisors. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams.
  • Business budget planning and management proficiency. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Talent management expertise, including talent development and performance improvement ability.
  • Strong ability in lean manufacturing planning, methods, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. 

 

 

This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data (“CTD”) and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR).  Eligible candidates are; US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
