Material Handler
Purpose: Maintain accurate inventory control and material handling by tracking movement of materials, exercising other inventory control measures, and through use of accurate logs, files, reports, cycle counts, etc.. Prepare shipments and receive purchased parts and other items as needed.
Schedule: This is a second shift position, with regular hours of 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Overtime may also be required.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety rules and requirements.
- Unload incoming shipments, verify materials against purchase orders, and store in designated location.
- Transport materials and finished goods between storage, production, and shipping areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Pick and prepare materials for production orders and shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, performing routine cycle counts and reporting any discrepancies to supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members and production teams to support operational goals and deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years of age of older
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Must be able to work well with team members
- Ability to read/write and to follow instructions, and work independently with little guidance
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and to lift heavy materials up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management computer software
This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data (“CTD”) and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR). Eligible candidates are; US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
