Location: Timken, Prince George, BC.

Job Type: Full-Time.

Shift: Rotating Shifts.

Schedule: Mon-Fri.

Starting Pay Rate: $26.49/hr with a pay increase at 12 months.

Position Summary:

The MFG Production Worker position at Timken works in our Machine Shop with CNC machines and is responsible for part production. This is a union position with a 90 day probationary period.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Set up and run production or horizontal mills including pre-post production requirements (e.g. deburring).
• Use go / no-go gauges and digital calipers for quality control.
• Use CMM for quality control.
• As needed, perform production work on standalone lathes and mills to complete production jobs.
• Perform warehouse duties when required (as trained). 

Basic Qualifications:

• Completion of Secondary School or equivalent.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada (does not require sponsorship).
• Must be 18yrs old.

Preferred Qualitifcations:

• 2-5 Years of CNC, machining, production, or manufacturing background.
