Reporting to Process Design Section Manager, key duties will include:

  • Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and tooling solutions to support production, quality, and maintenance activities.
  • Lead process improvement and automation projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Create and maintain process layouts, tooling lists, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance, Product Design, R&D) to ensure robust process design and smooth industrialization of new products.
  • Develop and implement PFMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, and Control Plans to ensure process reliability and compliance.
  • Analyze data, identify root causes of process deviations, and define corrective actions.
  • Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, cost, and timing objectives are met.

 

Candidates for this position should meet the following criteria:

  • University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes, tooling, or product design.
  • Strong CAD skills (2D/3D modeling) with the ability to design complex tooling and fixtures.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, automation, etc.).
  • Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of process quality tools (PFMEA, PCP, PFD).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
