H&N Electric is seeking a skilled Shipper/Receiver to join our team. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound shipments, accurately process receipts and deliveries, and support warehouse operations to ensure timely movement of materials. This role reports into the Operations Manager.
Location: Pasco, WA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay Range: $21.00/hr-$25.00/hr (commensurate with experience and education)

Essential Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming trucks and customer shipments; check in materials and match purchase orders to sales orders for processing.
- Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents to determine items to be gathered, moved, or shipped.
- Pick, assemble, and stage customer orders from stock; place orders on pallets, shelves, or holding areas for shipment.
- Move, sort, and store materials on racks, shelves, or in bins by size, type, product code, or other sequence; open crates, bales, and containers as needed.
- Accurately record quantities of materials received, moved, or distributed using computer inventory and shipping systems.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and perform routine weighing/counting to ensure conformance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area; wear required PPE and promote safety practices among team members.
- Prepare parcels for mailing and file/distribute requisitions, work orders, or requests for tools and stock items to appropriate locations.
- Perform basic facilities maintenance tasks as assigned and complete other duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good mechanical skills
- Ability to work under pressure with deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
