Our Rollon by Timken team is growing! We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician to join our Norton Shores, MI team, in our new, state-of-the art facility! In this position you will be responsible for administering our quality program and continuous improvement initiatives, which includes: conducting quality inspections and investigations, first piece inspections/approvals, quality audits (internal and external), working with CMM, Faro laser scanner and tracker, gaging and gage calibrations, creating and updating quality documentation, reviewing product documentation, reviewing and interpreting customer specifications and drawings, training team members on quality processes, and processing RMAs to ensure our customers continue to receive the highest quality products that Rollon is known for.
Basic Qualifications:
- Completed HS diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a Quality role required, preferrably within the manufacturing industry
- US Citizen or Greencard holder (no sponsorship available for this postion now or at any time in the future)
- The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in the English language
First Shift, Mon-Fri
