PURPOSE

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting sales and business operations through in-depth data analysis, reporting, and performance insights. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, with a sharp focus on sales metrics, forecasting, CRM data, and overall business performance. You’ll work closely with sales leaders to translate data into actionable strategies and support data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze sales performance, trends, and forecasts by territory, segment, channel, and product line.
  • Extract, transform, and interpret data from CRM Dynamics and ERP systems to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain and improve automated dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
  • Prepare recurring reports and executive summaries on KPIs and customer behavior.
  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with visual reports and sales performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to evaluate new opportunities, track campaign performance, and monitor customer engagement.
  • Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and work cross-functionally to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and document data processes, dashboards, and reporting standards to ensure consistency across the organization.

TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), Power BI, and CRM Dynamics is required.
  • Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and business reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-3 years experience, preferably in a B2B or Industrial setting
