This role will provide expert coordination and program management of employee benefits and wellness programs that enhance the employee experience and advance the organization’s well‑being strategy. The role will also administer core health & welfare benefit programs, champions preventive health and mental well‑being initiatives, and uses data insights to improve program engagement, outcomes, and cost effectiveness. Additionally, this role supports global benefit coordination to ensure alignment with our strategy across international locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage employee wellness programs that promote physical, mental, emotional, and financial well‑being—partnering with vendors and cross‑functional teams to drive engagement and measurable outcomes
- Monitor, analyze, and report on wellness and global benefits metrics, leveraging participation data, claims trends, employee feedback, and vendor reporting to recommend program improvements and inform strategy.
- Coordinate global benefits administration by supporting regional HR teams, maintaining benefits inventories, and ensuring alignment with corporate Total Rewards strategy across all countries and business units.
- Serve as a central point of contact for global benefits and wellness inquiries, providing clear, timely guidance on plan offerings, navigation support, and regional differences to ensure a consistent global employee experience.
- Support global benefits cycles, including annual enrollment, renewals, vendor audits, and compliance‑driven communications—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regional legal and regulatory requirements.
- Other duties as organization needs – Mergers and acquisition integration, labor negotiations, global total rewards transparency regulation compliance, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related field, Master’s degree preferred, CEBS/CBP or SHRM-CP certification a plus
- 4 years in Corporate Benefits Administration and Wellness Program Development and Oversight, preferably in a global manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with benefit administration systems
- Demonstrates strong systemic thinking by understanding how decisions and processes are interconnected across functions, regions and organizational levels, anticipating downstream impacts and aligning actions with overall business strategy
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong working relationship across HR, HRIS, Finance and external vendors
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and project management skills; Applies a data-driven approach to solving complex problems, ensuring solutions align with both organizational strategy and operational execution
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
