Position Overview:
As an engineering summer intern, you will be assigned to one of our engineering teams within our organization. Your responsibilities will vary based on the specific department you are placed in and could focus on analysis, hands-on, and/or application development. Our internship program is designed to provide opportunities for students to work on projects that impact the business and drive value across the organization.  
 
During this internship, students will gain meaningful technical and translatable professional experiences through value-added assignments and experiences.  Additionally, students will receive mentorship and guidance from engineering leaders across The Timken Company.  
 
Basic Qualification:
• Must be currently enrolled in either an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program at an accredited university.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
