Purpose of Position
This position provides administrative and application support for expense reporting platform and global credit card program. Also provides oversight and serves as the first point of contact for employee expense related questions. Will ensure compliance with global policies.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for system administration of expense reporting platform and corporate credit card program.
- Supports audit process of T&E expenses, including internal and external.
- Provides information in response to expense questions (application and/or policy) and serves as an escalation point for other staff.
- Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting and identify trends through analysis of various data.
- Program administrator for global credit card which includes: requesting new cards, adjusting credit card limits, requesting replacement cards as needed, assisting associates with questions related to their credit card and/or transactions and account reconciliations as needed.
- May be involved in special and ongoing projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree in business or related field required.
- 2 years of relevant work experience with transactional processing, data analysis and basic accounting principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to take initiative and work with limited supervision.
- Ability to analyze transactions and data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow issues through to resolution.
- Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, Outlook; SAP and Concur experience is preferred, but not required.
